Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Joe took time to explain the entire process as well as options for transforming my bathtub to a shower stall. His wife, Tee even came by to show me some samples of the panels I was interested in. It helped to see them in the bathroom in order to get a better idea of the finished look. Dave, the installer, took pride in his work and made sure that everything was installed to my liking. He consulted with me on the grab bar and shelves to make sure I was happy with the placement. He also took time to answer my questions and provide explanations that made sense. I was highly impressed with how clean he kept the project by putting drop cloths through my house and cleaning up each day before leaving. "Limitless Renovations handled the remodel of our bathroom, which included oreplacing our lighting fixtures, removing a bathtub and replacing it with a shower, replacing our vanity and it's plumbing, replacing the flooring, changing a door and painting the bathroom. They also painted an adjoining bedroom and closet and replaced the flooring in both spaces. Simon, who handled all of the bathroom renovation except for the flooring, painting and installing the glass for the shower, Eric who installed all of the flooring and Manny who did all of the painting were all a pleasure to work with. They all appeared on time, did their jobs well, were easy to communicate with and asked for our input as the work progressed and cleaned up the spaces they were working in at the end of the day. We got quotes from about four different companies in the area, but we felt that Dennis listened to what we were looking for more than the others we spoke with. While Professional Home Improvement was not the cheapest quote we got, they were in line with the other quotes and the project came in on budget. We anticipated that the lower quotes would have come in higher than the original quote, which was not the case with Dennis. He was up front about the costs. All members on his team were professional and respectful of our time and space. They kept the project clean throughout the remodel. They showed up when they said they would, and with the exception of a glass-cutting issue that was beyond Dennis's control, the entire project was completed on schedule.
