All members on his team were professional and respectful of our time and space. They kept the project clean throughout the remodel. They showed up when they said they would, and with the exception of a glass-cutting issue that was beyond Dennis's control, the entire project was completed on schedule. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
