While Professional Home Improvement was not the cheapest quote we got, they were in line with the other quotes and the project came in on budget. All members on his team were professional and respectful of our time and space. They kept the project clean throughout the remodel. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
