"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

"Matt did an awesome job repairing a tricky leak under the slab in my kitchen and hallway! Jackhammers were used to penetrate the slab! He put a plastic barrier to minimize the dust. "I was hoping to see what was installed at every stage of the process. Feel a little in the dark about what is buried underneath the concrete and the process. Could not reach the sales person to ask questions after job was booked. There was confusion about what was to be done exactly. The workers were diligent and helpful wiith moving some of the junk in the basement. Job was done quickly and the areas left clean."
