The only reason I didn't give five stars is because they charge a couple hundred dollars to come out, inspect, and provide a quote which I feel is wrong, especially when you're trying to figure out whats going on and being able to find the right contractor for the right price for you. Yes, if you use their services they waive this fee, but if you wanted to use someone else you'll be on the hook for them coming out."
