Eric was wonderful. He was on time, great communication, knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly determined the issue and had the part. He cleaned the fireplace and showed us how to operate the pilot. He also made sure we knew what carbon monoxide detectors to buy. I would definitely use him again. He was so pleasant and courteous.
