The electrician went to check and stayed at the property for less than 5 mins after confirmation to do full diagnostic of the electrical system. I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."

Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. "No findings, no solution, no explanation… collected the fee… the issue is still there. I had Triad Mechanical Company for our HVAC issue that the outdoor unit is not running. I told Paul, the assigned technician, that we had tried resetting the power to the outdoor unit but that only brought the unit back on running for a few days before it stopped running again. I asked Paul’s help diagnose the issue for the root cause. However, when I came to the property just a few minutes later than Paul, he told me that he had done his work already, well, by simply resetting the power to the unit! (although I told him that we already tried that but it didn’t work!)… He didn’t have the patience to explain to me what diagnosis he had done (within that a few minutes) and he didn’t even bother to come off his truck to show me but saying “go ask your tenant”. He collected the fee and left. I will never trust nor use Triad Mechanical Company again!"
