Alex and his team did a great job. Quote for doing the work was competitive and they worked with me on pricing regarding an underlayment issue that came up during the installment that needed to be corrected to do the job correctly. The floors looked so good after completing, I’m having them do another area in my home. I highly recommended them.

Alex and David were very kind and professional. As with many things in life, there were some snags along the way and Alex was honest, took responsibility and corrected the issues immediately. We would definitely work with them again! I highly recommend them!

Alex and his crew are fast, efficient, and professional. Alex is very knowledgeable and had good ideas and suggestions that improved the end results. Laid walkways on floor to minimize tracking between cutting and work area. Good job and thoroughly cleaned after work. Alex is a pleasure to work with! Alex & his brother do beautiful work, they are very dependable, they keep the job site clean, they are affordable and most importantly, they are honest. J&L responded quickly, gave me a reasonable quote with pictures and measurements over the phone, completed the job quickly as promised, but took the time to do a truly professional job, including maintaining a clean job site with cleanup afterwards. I highly recommend them.

They came when they said they would, they cleaned up every night before they left, they did great work and the final amount paid was exactly what was on the estimate They were friendly and respectful of us and of our property. It is very hard to find companies as good as J&L!

The guy named Alex called to set up appointment for May 22, 2023. He called and cancelled and made another appointment for the next day. The next day he never showed or called. I called the number and got a day care service.

They did a great job. They were prompt and professional. The price quoted was reasonable. They removed my old dining room floors and tiled it. It looks great. When they were done they cleaned up and put the furniture back. Highly recommend.

J & L Pro Flooring, did a great job in restoring our bathroom tile. Not an easy job, there was a total demolition of the pre existing tile that needed to be completed, as well as some uneven walls, that needed to be repaired. Alex, even took the time to meet me at Floor & Decor, to help me pick out my Tile, Grout, Molding, Drain Pan, Shower Floor and so many other little things needed. They have a 3 man work crew and arrived everyday as promised. They are very, very consciences of there work and will work with you to make it perfect. They also did a fabulous job of grouting and cleaning up. Just a nice family run, honest business. I would highly recommend this company, based on my above listed experience…

Alex and his brother did a great job installing our backsplash. He is very knowledgeable and able to resolved the challenges that they encounter.

Alex did a good job. He removed the old tile that was cracked and installed new. Great job of communicating. Floor looks great. Cleaned up the dust and debris afterwards. Very pleased with his work.

Alex and his team did an amazing job finishing our basement. He started from the studs and completely transformed to a new living room, kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom and a game room. All the plumbing, heating and air, flooring everything turned out better than we thought. He will be back to expand our deck in the spring. Highly recommend!

They were fantastic! Arrived promptly, and were very professional and courteous. They worked us into their busy schedule for an emergency repair, and ended up replacing half our kitchen laminate for us as it was previously installed incorrectly by a family member. Job was completed in less than a day and they Even cleaned up before leaving. J&I’s professionalism and expertise were well above our expectations.
