"Great group. I hired them to add an approximately 300 square foot sun-room onto our home and we are very pleased with the end product. It has rapidly become the favorite room in the house. The workers were on the job promptly at 8:00 a.m. every morning and worked HARD all day long -- and they were just nice guys .. . regular folks. We had a couple of very minor issues that arose after the room was completed ... they came out and fixed those in a timely manner. I am happy enough with their work to have them back to remodel a bathroom later this year. "They were supposed to come on Thursday, but then they called me and told me that they were going to have to reschedule for Friday. on Friday one person showed up, looked at the roof, and said that it was a 2 man job, and they would have to reschedule again for Saturday or Monday. I waited through the weekend to hear from them, but no one has been in touch with me."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
