"Calvin and crew were great! He showed up when he said he was going to, he got a quote to us quickly and once we confirmed he had us in the schedule the same day. Once the job was completed he stopped out to ensure that we were happy with the work. He is a top notch contractor that you should want to hire for your next project!"

"They were the most efficient and professional crew I have ever worked with. Mr. and Mrs. Hydez supplied me with samples, ideas and lots of patience. Every member of their crew was skilled in their area of expertise. They Communicated with us on every aspect of the work. If I had a questionI needed to discuss, the response from this company was immediate either by phone call or in person They seemed to take pride in a job well done. I would hire them again!"

"Great! They exactly matched my custom kitchen cabinets in our pantry that we topped with a quartz counter. You can’t tell the difference between the custom kitchen cabinets and the new, butler’s pantry cabinets. They did uppers as well as lowers and we also got open shelving on top as well."

"They were supposed to come on Thursday, but then they called me and told me that they were going to have to reschedule for Friday. on Friday one person showed up, looked at the roof, and said that it was a 2 man job, and they would have to reschedule again for Saturday or Monday. I waited through the weekend to hear from them, but no one has been in touch with me."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Stone, marble, and brick are common building materials of Neoclassical architecture, though you will also find wood flooring and a range of natural stone tiles. Since several home styles fall under Neoclassical architects' umbrella, a range of building materials—including traditional wood framing—will make an appearance.

Regular meetings, reviewing drafts, and providing input on materials help align the project with your vision.

Builder-grade is one of two types of stock cabinets, whereas semi-custom designs allow homeowners some control over the color, finish, or hardware on their cabinets. Stock cabinets are sold in construction-grade and builder-grade designs. Construction-grade cabinets are usually made from inexpensive medium-density fiberboard, which is prone to moisture damage, whereas builder-grade models are a step up with higher-quality materials. Construction-grade designs are the most common type of cabinets in America.

Designs typically take 2-6 months, depending on factoring, project size, and customization needs. Larger or more complex designs may require additional time for approval and revisions.

Most Greek Revival architecture homes are one and a half to two stories, depending on the footprint, which sets them apart from some Federal architecture homes that are three stories. The gabled roof on the second floor can sometimes cut into the living space, especially on smaller homes of this style, which leaves a much smaller living area upstairs.
