Rates start once we are on site. We do offer free estimates for repairs. For the Large task per description, other agreement will be needed for the project task. I do have Subcontractors I use if needed. Depending on the task, I have the resources and contacts to complete any project. Many of my subs have been with me for 10 years or more.
