Extremely professional and responsive, crew was on time and cleaned up perfectly. State Farm adjusters looked at the old roof, too, since we had storm damage, and Robert knew roofing codes better than they did. Wife Bonnie excellent in the back office, too. Quote was a good price, and if you're thinking of a new roof or even just roof repair to an existing roof. give them a call. Think about gutter screens, too.

Honest contractor did a solid job for half of the price of my next cheapest quote. One of my gables was leaking water from a dead valley where water was pooling. Water was getting inside and through the wall and dripping all the way into my basement. Roof was sealed and an additional small gutter was added to reroute the water. Out of all of the quotes I received no one else even bothered to suggest the gutter and they were all charging much much more. It's been about 2 months since the repair and despite heavy rain I haven't seen a single drop of water inside.

Robert got on the roof to take a look, gave a price quote and we agreed to have the work done at that time. Good people, fast work and good price.

Mr. Gardner is friendly, knowledgeable, and does quality work. The new chimney cap and flashing dramatically improved the look of the house. After a rain, he came back out to repair a nail pop at no charge.

The debris was removed from around the plumbing vent, and a "boot" was installed. The leak stopped and there have been no further issues. Mr. Gardner arrived within the service "window," and performed the work for a reasonable price. This was the second time I have used this company and will continue to do so for any further roofing issues.

Absolutely great! I had 3 different companies come to quote the work, all of which wanted double (or more) than what Mr. Gardner charged. The other folks also needed separate appointments scheduled to perform the actual repairs. Mr. Gardner showed up yesterday to give an estimate, but since the repair work wasn't extensive he was able to also fix the issue within an hour. Honest, fast, efficient, quality service. Next time I need roof work I am going to reach out to this company again.

Haven't noticed any new leaks but have had limited rain.

So thankful for Robert Gardner of Gardner's Roof Repair!! I was having a tankless water heater installed on my property last week, and on the day before the installation, was told that I would likely need to also have a roofer involved as a new vent would need to be installed at the same time. I wanted to work with someone locally, as we are new to the area and did not have any roofing contacts available. After calling Mrs. Gardner and explaining my issue, she relayed that Robert had a break in his day and could come by at the time I needed THE NEXT DAY to keep our project moving on schedule. YAY!!! Robert arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable about our issues, and did not try to oversell me on items that we did not need. His quote for the work to be done was very reasonable and he quickly installed our new vent within just a few hours. I thank him for his service to our country as a military veteran and thank him so much for coming to our rescue so quickly. Will definitely call on Gardner's Roofing again if the need arises.

Came onsite and provided a reasonable estimate. Since it was a small job and he had the parts, he was able to complete the work within an hour.

Two roof tiles had blown off roof.  Gardner's inspected and corrected.  They also corrected another small item on the roof.  Service technician was punctual and professional.  Price was more than fair.

They did an excellent job. They were in tune to making sure that we were happy with the job. The contractor even came out afterwards to inspect the roof and make sure that everything was installed perfectly.

Great job. He'd done repairs over the years so I chose him for complete new roof on ranch house. Good price, high quality. It's been 5 years ago but I just sold the home and was happy to transfer great warranty to new buyer and say that I have not had one lick of trouble with the roof since installation. The original roof on the house leaked from the get go and that experience was so frustrating, it makes you search for and appreciate quality when you find it.
