"David and Zack came out to our house in December for a chimney cleaning and inspection. We knew we would be needing some degree of repair on our cap and pan, but David informed me that we had been fitted with the wrong size pan the whole time we have lived here and the damage was much more extensive than we anticipated. We were quite frustrated that no previous chimney service company brought the issue to our attention before the damage was done, but David put together a fair and comprehensive proposal to fix the chimney. Huge job that David and Zack’s crew, led by Jerry, got done a couple of days faster than quoted! Special shout out to Christine at the office for her speedy and super helpful communication! We will definitely be hiring them for all of our maintenance going forward! I give Nevermore Services five stars because that’s all I’m allowed to give!"

"I would no recommend this company to anyone. They showed up 2 days later than promised. We were told there would be a $79 service call fee plus any parts that were needed to fix it, which we were good with. When the tech showed up and looked at the fireplace he said it needed to be troubleshooted and there was a loose wire causing it not to ignite. He quoted me $699 to repair it, I told him that I could buy a whole new fireplace insert for that price. He called his boss and said he could do it for $499. Long story short he cleaned it up, fixed the loose wire and was done in about 20 minutes. When I told him that the logs were not put back the right way he wanted to argue with me and said that I can re-arrange them however I wanted and he was done."

"Went very well from start to finish. I was impressed with Wendy (owners wife) to give a loose estimate through email very quickly based on my loose measurements. The installers had to dodge incoming rain from tropical storm Alberta as well as Memorial Day weekend. Isiasias Morales (the owner) even came over on Memorial Day at 7 am to install however, the rain was to much. Finally a break in the weather and he came over on time and finished 30 mins ahead of schedule. 200 liner ft with 5 round down spouts installed in about 3 hours."

Crew responded that they did not have any masks and that no customer before me had ever asked them to wear a mask in their home. I then canceled appointment. They were polite and there was no issue except I lost a couple of hours coming home to meet them. I would not recommend this company for this reason."
