UPDATED: Good morning! I see that I have the same problem as other customers. I used this company for new roof and gutters several years ago. I had a roof put on my current residence in 2017. The contractor they sent started the job then disappeared for several days saying that he was in the middle of another job. They would arrive late and the reasoning would be they were coming from Suwanee. If that was an issue why take a job in the Decatur/Lithonia area? My roof had been leaking for several weeks now. I have had 1 appointment rescheduled and the contractor was a no show Sunday 1/12. I have now left several messages with no return call. I'm not sure what has happened to this company over the years but the customer service sucks and the receptionist should be replaced. . . No telephone etiquette! Buyer Beware! Update: Not 20 minutes after posting review, I received a call. Luis apparently did come out on Sunday and my daughter showed hm the leaking areas of my home. Luis assured me that he inspected the roof thoroughly and that my problem lies with my siding. He stated that he left me several voicemails ( I received none) and that he would be happy to give me a quote for siding repair. I am a novice and I do acknowledge that my siding needs repairing in a few places, so I said fine, send me a quote. My daughter walks in and I question her about him inspecting the roof. She informed me that Luis came in his church attire, driving a car (No ladder, so how did you inspect roof)? My daughter says he walked around the house and then told her he would call with his findings. I never received a call. When I called him back to question him on not getting on roof, he says he never told me he did, he only said he inspected the roof (from the ground? I guess that's just semantics). I told him I was no longer comfortable working with him and that I would like to speak with someone else. He told me he was the only supervisor and that the owners were out of town. He then threatened to cancel my warranty. The owners should be very afraid to have such a dishonest person representing their company. I'm thinking legal action. Houseworh replaced my roof 12 years ago and I was completely satisfied with them then and now when repairs were needed i am also satisfied. The roofing repairs were done quickly and other smaller projects were done shortly after that. Richard was not able to get the dryer vent cleaned because of a problem with the venting in the ceiling but tried everything he could. I really liked the fact that he took pictures/videos to show me the roof and gutters before and after repairs. Richard always came when he said he would and called before hand. He was always professional and personable. When it is time for my roof to be replaced again, i will definitely call Houseworth.

Well, not everything went perfectly but I will still give them a high rating and here's why: Of several companies I contacted. the Housworth estimator was the only one to take a ladder and actually get up there and see just what needed to be done; he also took pictures to show me so I could see for myself. That impressed me to start with. I was not pleased that at the last minute they postponed the start of my project one day from the agreed upon date. However, when the workmen did come they were quiet and polite and careful to keep things cleaned up as they were working. Then when a few things were not done correctly I was afraid I would have to argue to get them corrected, but not so. When their inspector came to check he looked at everything before sitting down with me, and before I had said a word I found he had the same items on his list that I had noted , and he promised to make everything right before I paid a penny (which they did, and promptly). So, although not everything went as smoothly as I had hoped they proved to be dependable and I am pleased with the final result.

Service David Browder is the absolute best! I needed major soffit work, new siding and new gutters and I had looked at quite a few companies. None seemed to be a good fit and then I saw Housworth doing work on a home near me and I was impressed with the quality of their work. David was the main reason that I chose this company; he was honest, accessible, and saw the projects to conclusion. All of the work was excellent and all of the crews were very competent and were very nice to work with. I will definitely use this company for all of my house projects!

I called several companies for estimates. Housworth was very professional and I felt they were very fair on the price. They installed my roof in 1 day. During the tear off process they found rotted wood under the old shingles. I wasn't at home and they sent me a text showing me the rotted wood that they needed to replace. After they replaced the wood they sent another text with the new wood installed. They also found rotted wood around my house under the gutter system and around the windows. They replaced all of it and painted it. I was impressed with the manager that was onsite and all the communication that I got during the entire process. I have recommended them to my neighbors and would only trust them to work on my house. I will be calling them with all future projects.

Luis and his crew did an excellent job.  They were on time and the work was done exceptionally.  We have previously used them to roof our house and to pressure wash and stain the deck.  Each time we have been very pleased with the work.

Everyone at Housworth was honest, punctual and responsive. Basically everything you can ask for in a contractor. Even after the job was finished, they called and came out to my warehouse multiple times to ensure that everything was working as promised. Their workmanship was very thorough and I couldn't be happier. Would recommend to anyone needing work done on their roof.

It was a pretty good experience, I had no problem with it. They were on time, I don't have any issues and the work was neat. They were okay, not too cheap, not too expensive, I don't have any issue, I was looking at the quality of the job, reasonable pricing. The main thing that stood out is punctuality, they were on time and the job was neat. The workers were pretty professional.

They are pretty responsive. I would say their price is probably above average. I would consider using them again in the future.

This was our first time using Housworth. Housworth was very prompt in scheduling Luis to come out to see the work to be done. The guys did an excellent job repairing the rotted fascia and soffit around some of the gutters of our house. The job was scheduled for a Saturday and Luis took the time to come out to check on the job and to make sure that my husband and I were pleased with the progress!!!!!
