He quoted me $699 to repair it, I told him that I could buy a whole new fireplace insert for that price. He called his boss and said he could do it for $499. Long story short he cleaned it up, fixed the loose wire and was done in about 20 minutes. When I told him that the logs were not put back the right way he wanted to argue with me and said that I can re-arrange them however I wanted and he was done."
