The folks at Exovations are the rock stars of the exterior home remodeling world. In spring 2021, Exovations turned our old deck into a gorgeous screened porch with a gable roof. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was straightforward and graciously handled our endless questions. Our main initial concern with the project was adding a roofline over the deck and whether it would create any water drainage issues coming off the roof. But Josh and his crew, who did the bulk of the framing/carpentry work, did an incredible job with it. Our project manager, Ben Boyd, was also fantastic to work with, extremely responsive to calls and texts, and basically was willing to do whatever it took to make the customer happy. Ben was also on the same page with us about any concerns we had over small details and was quick to address them. Our initial contact in the project was sales rep Jim McCulloch and he (like Ben) was extremely patient and answered our many, many questions about products and design ideas. Exovations also replaced our front door insert (door, two sidelights and a half-circle transom) with a new composite unit with rain glass. We were extremely happy with how everything turned out and would use Exovations again without a second thought.

Exovations came to my home to replace windows and siding. they showed up when they were going to and completed the job on time. the project manager kept me up to date everyday. highly recommend.

Work was started on time, on budget and finished early. Quality of work and crew were top notch and minimized disruption to our household. The crews cleaned up well after work. Our project manager was in regular contact and kept us in the loop on issues and progress. Overall, quality work at a reasonable price for the work performed.

Quote was very competitive. Replaced 30 yr old wood siding with Hardie Plank. Both siding and painting crews were very efficient and did a thorough and excellent job. Complete clean up of site every day. House looks great.

Not well. This company advertises “on schedule, on budget and worry/stress free” my job was none of those things. Run from this company. They did not even know the building codes for Decatur- and it cost me extra money. Workers were standing around waiting for materials to show up. The framers ran out of decking materials, and the roofer ran out of roofing materials.

We had an exterior home makeover, including new windows and Hardiplank siding, done this summer and Exovations delivered! Chris Campbell and the crew were fabulous to work with every step of the way, including scheduling the project so that it was completed before our vacation. It was so great to come back home from vacation to a completely renovated exterior!!

These guys are awesome! John Nicholson was my sales rep and he was extremely helpful in getting us a design for a porch and deck within our budget. I cannot say how great and awesome my project manager, Tony Fricks, was. He came out about 2 months before our project was to start and walked through everything and had specific dates about how and when things would get done. More importantly, he knows how to communicate and you always know where your project stands - he calls everyday, even when there is no work scheduled to be done that day to check in and make sure you are at ease. Unlike a kitchen company that we hired and had to summarily fire for awful work, the opposite is true of Exovations! They did very high quality work!! I would use them again in a heartbeat if we have another significant outdoor project.

We found Exovations to be a very professional and efficient company. From the initial visit with Charlie to review the work we wanted done and provide a price to the final walk-thru with Chris, the project manager, the project proceeded smoothly and on schedule. Chris did a great job keeping us informed of how the timeline for the project was moving along and worked hard to complete the work on schedule in spite of some rainy weather. The subcontractors (siding, paint, gutters) were all considerate of our property and extremely hard working. We asked Chris to perform some additional work in the middle of the renovation and he easily added that to the schedule, updated our contract and got the extra items taken care of. While Exovations is not the cheapest contractor in the Atlanta market the quality of their work is outstanding and worth the cost. I definitely recommend Chris and his team -- we are very happy with the way everything turned out.

From the get go, the project went well and as planned. It was certainly one of the smoothest projects I have been associated with. Exovations was responsive and professional. Sales Consultant Ken Huth was very professional and easy to work with. Not only is Ken is a good listener (a VERY important attribute to have!) and thorough, but he made himself available, even on weekends. Once the project started, our Project Manager, Chris Campbell was equally professional. Chris was on site everyday, and immediately responsive to any issues that came up. Our house is an older house in Decatur (1927) so there were some surprised. Chris and his crew addressed unforeseen issues quickly and seamlessly. Several days after the project was completed and paid for, Chris still stopped by to check on the completed job. There is an old adage that it is always better to do a few things right as opposed to trying to be all things to everybody. For us, Exovations did strictly exterior work. Their crews are skilled and aligned for the task at hand.. They have separate crews for each job: doors and windows, siding, gutters and finishing. The professionalism of each crew was evident, and they contributed greatly to the success of the project, and no doubt the organization as a whole.

The job went extremely well from beginning to end. I called quite a few companies & did research before deciding to go with them. From the Salesperson, Charlie Reynolds to the Project Manager, Chris Campbell, & all of the great employees that worked on the home, I must say it was a very good experience. Always on time, never rude, always answered my concerns & questions. Actually, did what they said they were going to do. My fears were put aside. It's a big expense on a project like this & you want to make sure you get what you pictured, wanted & paid for & we did. We would use them again in the future & we certainly would recommend them.

The Exovations team exceeded expectations! They were on time, on budget and did not create any stress. The job was seamless. The employees were trustworthy, personal and professional. They came when they said they would be there and worked consistently throughout the project. They had the right equipment for the right jobs that they were performing and were well prepared in every aspect. They were diligent in measuring every area several times to ensure that everything was correct. They replaced our old windows with a superior product. The entire team was always conscious of customer needs and customer service. They protected our furniture and floors while working on the windows and they cleaned up after themselves every day and did not leave a mess. The exterior of our home looks new again!

Troy Beckham, my project manager, and his team were exceptional and were a real pleasure to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering my questions. I couldn't be more pleased with my new bay window. Tom Stogsdill, my sales consultant, was also great. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me during the early stages.

I have been so please from beginning to end with this project. Everyone was on time, professional and did excellent work. My project manager, Chris Campbell, was amazing. Any frustration or concern I tried to have was quickly resolved or put to rest by Chris. I heard of the horror stories when people try to do repairs/upgrades for their homes. For me it was a great experience and I learn a lot from Chris about my home going forward. I am so glad I made the investment - I HAVE A NEW HOME!! or at least it looks like one. It went wonderful! It went exactly as they laid out in the timeline, only one week earlier! No surprises. Troy, our project manager, kept on top of every step of the project. He dealt quickly and efficiently with any questions or problems that we had. He personally replaced a porch post and a couple of minor details that we had missed. Throughout all steps of the project, the teams were very respectful of our property and completely cleaned up after themselves every day. We highly recommend this company!

My wife and I bought our home several years ago knowing that one day it would need significant exterior work done on it. Because of the improvement of the housing market we were able to have the bank finance a large project to redo our windows, roof, siding, fascia, soffit, and gutters. Knowing that I wanted Hardiboard installed on the house, I sought contractors who were recommended by the James Hardi Company. I obtained three quotes from different companies for our project. From the beginning, the team at Exovations was great to work with. The sale consultant Chris Stringer arrived promptly for his appointment and answered every question I posed to him. After the initial meeting Chris provided different bids based upon the different levels of work I discussed with him. At all times during the bid process Chris was very professional, prompt, and responsive to all of our requests. At the conclusion of the bid process my wife and I chose Exovations for our project; because of the reasons previously listed, but also because of the warranties provided and the craftsmanship seen on other completed projects. Following the bid process, our project manager Chris Campbell contacted us to provide a timeline for the project and to set the final details (roof color, paint color, etc.). The high bar set during the bid process continued through the work process. Chris Campbell was also great at promptly responding to any questions we had and regularly checked in with us during the project. Due to a very rainy summer, the project was delayed for a couple of days, but Chris stayed in touch with me throughout the delay; ultimately the delay only pushed the project back one day passed our original project timeline. At the end of the project my wife, myself, and Chris walked the entire project and Chris made sure we were completely satisfied. We've had several friends and family to our home since the project was completed and they've all commented on how great the house looks. For future projects, my wife and I will again use Exovations.
