Wayne is an amazing man! I cannot say enough about his honesty, integrity and professionalism in all ways! The man is continuing to do more work for me and I look forward to knowing that all his work will be standing long after the rest of the house has gone from age LOL I highly recommend him!

He did a really good job. Thats why I kept calling him back out. He showed up on time every time. He cleaned up all messes. I have no complaints with him.

Our experience has been very good. He has communicated well. It rained and we had a leak, and he fixed it. When it rained again there was another small problem, and he was there right away to fix it. He was very fast in responding to emergency situations, even during storms. Unlike any other handyman I've used in the past, when he makes repairs he does it like it's his own house. He's very conscientious about his work.

Wayne works on YOUR home as though it is HIS OWN! He offered suggestions that I never thought of to make my front entrance look even better than I envisioned. He went the extra mile with not only suggestions but taking the time to do the work RIGHT--which is so difficult to find today! The work Wayne completed could be tedious and was done in extremely hot and humid weather. But he persevered! He is trustworthy as well. I trusted him with the key to my home to work when I was not here. I am so pleased, he is now preparing an estimate to replace windows!

Wayne came to our house promptly and provided us with a quote. He was very detailed in working through the entire job, step by step, to come up with the best solution. Wayne and his team showed up as promised, cleaned up thoroughly each day, and completed the job beyond our expectations. It looks as if our new French doors have always been there.

This is a very reliable company. They were eager to help me relocate my storage shelves as well as help me on some carpentry work. Their quality of work was very good. So much so I am going to be using them again in the near future.

Wayne did an excellent job. He was prompt, efficient and professional. He showed up on time and ready to work. He completed all the work within the time frame promised. He was courteous, gave explanations when needed but didn't over explain. When he finished up, the only way you could tell that he had been there was that everything looked great!

The prospect of opening a new hospital in a new building was daunting. Then, when the trucks of equipment began to arrive (sometimes with as many as 55 boxes, not to mention 1700 pounds of stainless steel parts), I was overwhelmed. I had called Mr Fix it from your list just before the equipment assault. He helped us move in freight, assembled equipment he had never seen before, put up surgical lights (he had to design a steel truss to support them), assembled cabinets, shelving, designed stabilizers for the oxygen as well as more aesthetic things like re-designing the bathroom. He did plumbing, electrical, and tile work for me. He put together large steel dog runs and cages. He even helped us figure out how some of the new equipment worked. It's still a work in progress. I told Wayne, I was not sure if his job would ever be done here as more ideas come to me. He has always found a way to get the job done regardless of its size or intricacy.

Wayne did a great job! I called him on Monday morning. He came over Monday evening and examined the problem. Tuesday morning he sent me a detailed estimate. I thought that his attention to detail was thorough and his price was quite reasonable. He came out and did the outside work the same day that I received his estimate. He thoughtfully did the outside work before it rained Tuesday. Then, he came back Friday to start the inside work. The following Tuesday he returned and he completed the work inside. Wayne quickly received my request, provided a detailed estimate, and completed the project within one week. I look forward to giving Wayne additional work as the need arises. Already, I have recommended him to several of my friends.

Work was done as promised. While here we asked Wayne to do some extra things and the add on charges were fair. He was clean and very excellent to work with. He worked the week before Christmas. We are very please with the work that was done and the bathroom is beautiful. One thing about Wayne is he has the tools for every task.

Overall it went excellent! Johnny showed up exactly on time and when he said he would (and this reliability is HUGE when you are dealing with contractors). He was a very nice guy, easy going. He is clearly experienced and went out of his way to solve small little issues that crop up on every such job. I would definitely recommend him and I am a tough customer!!! The price was every fair (I had checked with 5 other potential companies). His attitude and service were great. As of the writing of this, he does need to come back for a few punch list items (after I paid him in full last night). And I will follow up here to let you know how his follow up is! But so far so good!!!!

The job went extremely well. Mr. Rasch did a fantastic job, was very courteous, and was very neat while performing the work. When you want someone that pays attention to detail and goes above and beyond what you would normally expect, you should hire him. his work is excellent!

He scheduled the job and reported as he said. He was very reliable. It took him days to finish the job. Part of the job was to replace rotted wood high over the foyer window. He had to fabricate the wood and measure repeatedly. The finished product was very well done.

Our garage door opener broke, leaving us without the use of our cars. We searched Angie's List and decided on Mr. Fixit because of his proximity to our house and his grade on the list. He agreed to come the next day and gave a rough quote which was competitive. I asked for a firm quote, which he later sent, and it was lower than his original estimate. We engaged him, and he arrived as promised. He installed the opener, which worked with the inside wall switch, but I did not think to test the remotes. I tested them after he left and realized they didn't work. I called Wayne, and he agreed to return after completing his current job. He did, programmed the remotes, and everything is fine. Wayne was very friendly and accommodating, explaining why the old opener broke and aligning the door guides to prevent a repeat. We were so satisfied that we engaged him for another job on the spot.

Experience was excellent. Wayne was already at my house when I arrived each morning to let him in. He was very polite and kept me informed with everything he was doing and explained the work done. I thought the price was reasonable for how much work he did.

Personable, polite, efficient and extremely knowledgable. Will definitely use Mr. Fix It when the need arises again. Guaranteed his work.

He did a perfect job within a short amount of time! He also put very heavy duty plastic in the crawlspace and refinishing an old table that I have. He obviously takes great pride in his work! He is charging $527 for the plastic work and table restoration.
