"This was a move out cleaning in preparation for putting our house on the market. (The house was already empty.) Vanessa contacted me within 30 minutes of my posting on Angi. She worked with me to meet my schedule and was very responsive throughout the project. When they arrived to clean the house, they brought all their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They worked quickly and efficiently, spending almost 5 hours cleaning. The house is 3 stories and has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, kitchen, formal living room and dining room, den, breakfast area, and family room. While all their cleaning was exceptional, the kitchen and bathrooms were my greatest concern. In addition to the base cleaning charge, I paid for the add on services to have our stove ($20) and refrigerator ($30) deep cleaned as well and it was worth every penny! I don’t think the kitchen and bathrooms had been that clean since the house was built in 1994. I highly recommend Vanessa and her team if you want responsiveness, a warm and personable owner, and great service."

Not many companies provide specialized, professional offsite cleaning for these types of rugs. They also have specific pet solutions to treat stains on carpets as well and provide a guarantee that these issues will be solved. Off to a good start.
