Cleaning With A Cause

I am very disappointed with the service from ASAP Carpet. I requested both my sectional and ottoman to be cleaned, but the technician applied a stain and enzyme solution to the sectional without my approval and never cleaned the ottoman as agreed. He also cleaned a rug without my consent. Despite reaching out for a partial refund, I received no response. The lack of written documentation and poor communication left me with an incomplete job and more expenses to fix it. If you use this company, insist on a written quote and carefully monitor the work being done.

Everyone we have spoken to has been easy to work with, professional, reliable, and the cleaning service was exactly what we were looking for. We will be using this service again.

Cleaning with a Cause was such a great choice. I reached out for a while home cleaning for my wifeâ s birthday and she loved it! We had used a cleaning service a long time ago and had a poor experience; late, took too long, missed spots. But that was not our experience with the team from Cleaning with a cause. Couldnâ t be more excited and think this will become a long term relationship. Thank you!

Very prompt, and cleaning was meticulous.

We asked for a full house clean and they were able to schedule one with a pretty quick turnaround time. The lady who did our house was very nice and brought all the tools she needed. She cleaned the shower stalls, bathtubs, sinks, toilets, vacuumed all the carpets including the stairs, dusted the baseboards, cleaned the blinds, and wiped down countertops. She would have also changed sheets but I told her we didnâ t need that done that day. We ended up setting up recurring visits because it was so nice to get occasional help with keeping up with the house!
