When Jeff came out and provided the trimming service, he was very protective of our neighbors' driveways, which he needed to use to access the work. He did exactly what we had asked him to do and we feel that he totally understood what was wanted and he went over and above to make us happy. At the end, Jeff took us around the work for a review and inspection to make sure everything was what we expected. If you want to work with someone who will get with you one-on-one and understand what you want done and then do that while leaving the surroundings beautiful and un-touched by his work, then Jeff is the one. Don't get him too busy though, because we want him back periodically to keep the bushes looking good."
