"We are very sorry you feel this way, In fact, a review three years after cleaning is very odd June 2018 was your service date, we are not sure why this has been submitted 3 years after service? We do charge for our services and we do charge when we come back to render additional services above and beyond what was discussed on-site based on the condition of the home. We do not leave without finishing OR discussing work or job site issues, roach infestations, and clutter conditions. We are very clear upfront and make statements on our estimates and invoices via our service agreement and our clutter statement. We would hope if you had missing items you would have called us, and then the police department. We take that type of thing very seriously. We would have assisted in any investigation, BKC would never want a thief working with our staff. We back gound check all staff members with the state and nationally if the cleaning professional has moved from out of state. We are very sorry you were not satisfied with the services you received.
