"Seriously the best! First off, if you have an insurance claim call K&M. Long story short my toilets water line came loose and the entire first-floor flooring needed to be replaced. I contacted K&M and John (the consultant) was out in less than an hour, John was fantastic! John went over the whole process with me - he went over different flooring options, cost, timing, installation, and what to expect. John's communication was second to none, he was constantly updating me on my project. Next came install day - Crew chief Paulo and his crew rocked! John and crew took care of everything; they fought with my insurance adjuster to upgrade my old carpeted floors to new LVP floors for next to nothing out of pocket. The whole process was stress free and I could not be happier. I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I needed to since this experience was so amazing.
