He had great suggestions, and relieved a lot of our stress by taking care of the various transition mouldings. His carpet recommendation was exactly what we were hoping for. Chris also worked diligently to help keep the cost within our budget, mailed carpet samples and kept us constantly informed. Jose and Yerlin did an amazing job installing the laminate flooring. They worked so hard and kept everything cleaned up as they progressed. Oscar and Pablo did an exceptional job removing and replacing the carpet. They were so careful moving all the furniture, which they treated like it was their own. Received quotes from three different vendors. So glad that we selected Concept Flooring. The final result far exceeded our expectations!"

"Out of the many estimates I received, Ricky was the most thorough. He spent time educating me on the hardwood floors, his process, and making recommendations for my home. I trusted him and his crew to do a great job. After meeting his crew when we were testing stain colors, I felt very comfortable leaving town while they worked in my home. We are very pleased with the hardwood floors. You cannot tell where the new floors begin and the old existed. They were beautifully woven together. The inlaid wood floor vents give a very polished look to the home. I did have a couple of spots on the handrails that I wanted them to look at when I got home. They promptly came back and did a few touch ups. When a company is willing to make a trip back out so that you are 100% happy, I always appreciate that."
