  Mike and the gentleman that helped him were very professional. Before the move Mike was in constant contract with me about my project. The day of they took extra care of the furniture I had inherited from my grandparents. They wrapped everything in plastic ,!wrapped them in moving blankets then plastic again. Once to my house they set everything up where I asked them to put it. They take pride in their work and treated my grandparents furniture with care and respect as if they were moving a family member. I recommend Mike and Pmhlogistics and will hire them again when I need something moved!!!!

  Page relocation was wonderful to work with! From the moment I scheduled the service until they were done, everyone who I spoke with, or came in contact with was kind and professional. The gentleman moving the furniture showed up on time and were kind and respectful. They were quick, and careful with my furniture. Then afterwards they made sure I was satisfied.   If you are wondering why the quote you received from Always Macon Moves seems lower than competitors, it's because the quality of this company's moving is the worst I have ever encountered. I urge you to look at any other company and even if they give you a higher initial quote, the total will most likely end up far less than the nickel and diming and irresponsible charging I received from my service. Highlights from my experience below: -Took two movers over 8 hours to move a pre-packed, 1 BR apartment worth of furniture 10 minutes away (originally quoted for 2-3 hours, the average amount of time takes 2 movers in the US to move a 1BR) -The owner of this company didn't answer a single one of my 9 calls or voicemail I made during the move expressing my concern of how long the service was taking given the variance from the quote -Told me after the service was done if I was concerned about accruing cost I should have called him (I did 9 times), or cut off the service mid move and I had no right to complain now that service was completed -Didn't answer any of my calls but took the time to call his movers throughout and collect "evidence" of reasons the move took so long to tack on further fees to an already egregious moving fee, none of these expressed to me during the service by the movers or the owner -Majority of belongings were left boxed up including a TV that was broken during service -The owner's idea of customer service was to offer removing a half an hour of the move and an added on charge from my total (<10% discount on a total price that was 3X my quote), but in exchange said he better not see any bad reviews or he would recharge it - I'm guessing he tries this tactic often and that's why you're not seeing half of the honest reviews you should Tim was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. When I suggested that a standard 1 BR move should not take 8 hours, and a difference that far from the average was a reflection of the service of his company and should result in a reduction in cost, he would respond saying I was insulting him and trying to keep food off his family’s table. I have never experienced a business owner with such little regard for customer service and really hope that no one else has to go through this. Absolutely DO NOT hire these movers

  This company should not be on Angi! They were 2 hours late and wanted to charge $3000 more job than quoted. They brought a small truck and only 2 guys!!! They were fully aware of what we had and warned that they would need plenty of muscle!!! These guys are very unprofessional and underhanded! Take them off Angi! We had to find a reputable company last minute!!

  It was a disaster. The crew member damaged the water cut off valve and didn’t say anything. The ceiling finally came crashing through 7 hours later after the water leaked. After not wanting to take responsibility, they soon realized it was their fault and offered me an unfair settlement. I only requested the money that I honestly put out of pocket. I declined their unreasonable settlement to tell and warn others. This was like Mutt and Jeff trying to move this unit
