Fortunately for us, it was a glancing blow and the damage done was not as tragic as it could have been: a broken window, broken chimney cap, gutter damage and some roofing materials damaged. The team arrived on time and six trees were removed and mulch made from the tops and smaller branches. The large trunk portions were placed in the truck to be hauled away and the mounds of mulch were spread out using the bobcat. The place looks amazing and the work the team did was simply great. They took considerable care to insure that the cat tracks and the chipper tires did not chew up the side yard. ply panels were laid down to prevent damage. The work was quick, precise, safety driven, and complete. When I look at the end result, since I know what was the "before", I can appreciate the "after". But for someone who has never seen my yard, it might be generally thought that I just had some mulch laid in, not major tree removal.
