Karinny arrived on time and ready to go. Reviewed the areas to be cleaned with her and let her go at it. She spent the better part of 4.5 hours cleaning and both my wife and I were very pleased. Enough so that we have made another appointment for her to clean again.

She was very polite! But I wish she had been more detailed seeing that it was two of them nothing should have not been missed. Once I contact her to inquire why things had not been done her reply was because they forgot (huh)! She did agree to come back and redo the service but due to my surgery, the day or time was not conducive and she showed up anyway unannounced. Hopefully, she will give someone else a much better experience.
