They cleaned my dryer vent. They were responsive with good communication. We had an issue with a clog. Noah had to disassemble a piece of the pipe to remove the clog. I appreciate him going the extra mile to clean.

I have not had my oriental carpets picked up to be cleaned as yet. The customer service provided by Kayla to explain the company’s services and costs and to answer specific questions as well as work with my difficult timetable was great. Not many companies provide specialized, professional offsite cleaning for these types of rugs. They also have specific pet solutions to treat stains on carpets as well and provide a guarantee that these issues will be solved. Off to a good start. Looking forward to getting my revitalized fresh and clean rugs.

CCC quickly responded to our request. Our major concern was the use of cleaning products that may have affected our daughter’s asthma. We were pleased that the cleaning products used on the area rug were safe and addressed our health concerns. We believe the cost for the cleaning was very reasonable and CCC also picked up and delivered the rug at no additional cost. I would use them again.

The Certified Specialist, Zach Larkins, arrived on Time and went over All of the Details with me Before starting the Job. After doing a sample of what needed to be Cleaned, Zach wanted me to review his Work before going any further. I ASSURE YOU that I am more than Satisfied with the End Results and would RECOMMEND this Company before Calling anyone else. All of the Bleach Stains that were visible in my Carpet are NO LONGER VISIBLE and I Appreciate Zach doing the Job VERY WELL and being so Professional during the Visit.
