"Overall I would say that the customer service and cleaning are worth the money and I would use these guys again. I used them to clean a house I was moving into and I was impressed with the dirt they removed. Customer service is also excellent..There are only a few comments I have. It would be useful to go over available extra services before cleaning begins. I also wanted to point out that some home owners are very adverse to cigarette smoke so if the windows are open and someone smokes a cigarette the smoke comes back in through the windows and ruins the clean effect. Also, sadly my refrigerator still has an odor so maybe stronger cleaners are needed."

"I hired Best Air Quality and Restoration to clean my dryer vent. I was very pleased with their level of professionalism. All my questions were answered without hesitation. The price was fair and affordable. Dennis, the technician notified me of his expected arrival time. He was very nice and pleasant. Dennis explained what the job entailed and completed the job within an hour. There was no excess lint or debris in my home to clean. "Jeff is a hard worker and very professional. He came to the house earlier and gave us an estimate which we found to be very reasonable. Moreover, the price is very reasonable especially since he does such a thorough job. He arrived promptly, got right to work and was here for over 4 1/2 hours. In addition to the 2 big jobs, he also replaced gutter guards that had come off. Jeff has cleaned our gutters before so we knew we were going to be happy with this service--he didn't fail us. We're so glad we also had him pressure wash the house. It's never looked better! Thanks, Jeff!"
