It would be useful to go over available extra services before cleaning begins. I also wanted to point out that some home owners are very adverse to cigarette smoke so if the windows are open and someone smokes a cigarette the smoke comes back in through the windows and ruins the clean effect. Also, sadly my refrigerator still has an odor so maybe stronger cleaners are needed."
