"Gui Brasileiro came out and cleaned my textured vinyl floors to perfection! If you have dogs, do NOT put in textured flooring. Gui brought in his machine and within hours had my whole house sparkling clean! He was on time and professional. My floors have been easy to maintain ever since. But, I will call on him if ever my floors get the need for another deep cleaning. :)"

"Celio and his wife Anna Peno did an incredible job of stripping and waxing our multi-purpose room floor. They were efficient, professional and did some extra areas that we had not discussed without charging! The residents at our 55+ park said that the floor has 'never looked better'! We will continue to hire Celio and Anna in the future. Their price was fair and half that of a previous company we had used."

Small jobs welcome

"The gentleman that did the job was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. This grout hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in about 30 years. I had it resealed and my tile looks wonderful. I would highly recommend this company for any cleaning and resealing of your grout. Very courteous."

Customers say: True professional

"I recently had Jason install a marble backsplash in my kitchen, he did a fabulous job!! Not only is Jason a perfectionist at what he does he is also timely and very prosfesional. He was so good in fact he laid my new Mohawk 100% wood floor in our dining room and installed the wood on our stair case. Both jobs were done to perfection with NO problems what so ever. I felt very comfortable leaving Jason in our home if I was not there. I would recommend Jason 100%."

Floor Cleaning and Waxing questions, answered by experts

Using too much soap or floor cleaner can leave your laminate floors looking dirty or cloudy after mopping. Only use a teaspoon of soap or cleaning solution in a gallon of water. Additionally, always be sure to sweep or vacuum laminate floors before mopping to ensure you pick up dried grit, hair, and dust that can be harder to catch with a wet mop.

Regular sealing, proper drainage, and periodic inspections prevent premature wear and cracking.

Yes, options like MDF or polyurethane require less upkeep while maintaining style.

To properly maintain and care for hardwood floors without damaging the finish, establish a regular cleaning routine. Sweep with a broom or microfiber dust mop daily, or vacuum weekly, to remove dirt and debris that can scratch the surface; be sure to clean in tight corners and under furniture. For a deeper clean, use a damp mop with a cleaner specifically designed for hardwood floors, but avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive water, as this can damage the wood. You can further protect your floors by placing mats at entryways to catch dirt and moisture and putting felt pads under furniture legs to prevent scratches. For long-term care, refinish the floors as needed to keep them looking their best.

You can use dish soap mixed with warm water to clean just about any type of flooring, and while vinegar is a great addition to some floor cleaners, it’s not a good idea to use it on wood flooring or engineered wood flooring. Vinegar is very acidic, and it can gradually eat away at the protective finish on wood floors. If you’re cleaning laminate, tile, concrete, or vinyl floors, feel free to use vinegar and water in a 1-to-1 ratio with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, substitute the vinegar for olive oil.
