Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. We knew we had to buy a new HVAC got 4 estimates (not from D&W at the time )but put off purchasing. It broke down again in May. I knew I wanted only a Trane and We called  D&W  late in the day on a Monday. The Owner, Randy, came Tuesday and gave me a price and told me that they could install on Friday. Wednesday morning he dropped off a portable air conditioner to help us out until the Installation On Friday William and Michael arrived and began installation. It turned out that the Manufacturer's warehouse had mixed up major parts with another installation in Bradenton. Randy drove to Bradenton and retrieved the parts necessary and brought them back because he did not want us to be without air conditioning another day. They completed their work at 6:30pm...9 1/2 hours of steady working. Every person we dealt with at D&W was courteous, prompt, friendly and knowledgable. It was a pleasure to do business with them and I would heartily recommend them.
