We had and estimate done for a new HVAC system. Dennis and Lindsey came out and were very professional and insightful on reviewing the existing system and gave great suggestions on ways to improve the effeciency of a new system by upgrading some of the supplies. Overall, we would highly recommend this AC Contractor to anyone needing either service work or a new system.

I got quotes from several outfits ... for less $$ and more $$ ... Bill Bowers carried highly recommended equipment and had what I wanted available for installation. Not the case with some other vendors. The crew arrived on time and completed the project in one day. All required permits were posted, and final approval from Pasco County was obtained in a timely manner. Very pleased with the professional skills of the workers.

If you are looking for a full service HVAC company, Bill Bowers A/C and Heating is it! I rarely right reviews but felt I had to share my experience this time. We hired Bill Bowers A/C and Heating to revamp our â tiredâ 23 year old A/C and Heat Pump and to vacuum and clean all of our duct work. When we needed an estimate, Dennis (the owner) took time out on his own day off to come out and inspect our existing system. Dennis did a thorough job of inspecting everything that was needed so that he could provide as accurate of an estimate as possible. He was up in our attic several times (even fixed some duct work that needed attention; at no cost), spent a great deal of time in our mechanical closet and inspected the main returns, duct work and vents inside our home. All in all, Dennis probably spent 90+ minutes evaluating and gathering all the info he needed for the estimate while taking the additional time to thoroughly answer all the questions I had. Let me tell you, I received four estimates from other HVAC companies and none of those four estimators spent nearly the time Dennis did. When installation and tear out day arrived, Bill Bowers A/C and Heating team arrived on time, were professional, considerate, friendly, and respectful to us and our property while working hard until the job was completed. At the end of the job, the team lead walked us through everything that was done and answered all of our questions. We felt that Bill Bowers A/C and Heating had a dedicated and experienced staff who wanted nothing but to ensure our A/C and heating project was done to our complete satisfaction. We felt that they had a sincere desire to please us as a customer. We felt that their pricing was very fair and reasonable. We were very happy with all they did for us. They exceeded all of our expectations! I would highly recommend Bill Bowers A/C and Heating to anyone and will continue to use them to maintain our new system in the future.

The work crew was awesome. No loud music , no yelling , and very helpful. Also the tallest man i have ever seen worked in a crawl space in my attic . Very well . Local family owned business. Their work vans well organized. And dependable.

This company has great customer service, everything was explained from start to finish. Very thorough and prompt. Very happy I went with them. Although it is winter and havenâ t had to use AC yet, I have used the heat and the system is so quiet I have to check to see if it is running.

They were professional and remained till the job was completed. Even tho it took them 3 times longer than they expected. They really cared about our satisfaction no matter how hot it was or how long they had to stay to finish.. Seriously would recommend to anyone.

I have installed this system in a previous home I owned. A 18 Seer Variable speed unit is not your average system. Customer Service has been Excellent! Any issues or concerns were handled within 24 hours. Installation crew was friendly and courteous of needs.

This is my second experience with Bill Bowers Air Conditioning & Heating. They installed a new system many years ago and kept it in good running order for a long time. If something went wrong, a repairman was here within 24 hours, usually sooner. So when the old system went kaput, I called them to put in a new one. They did it the next day! The installed a Amana 16 SEER for just a couple of hundred dollars ore the I had paid for the old unit many years ago. Tony and Armando were thorough and neat and left the work site clean and tidy. Experience has shown me that if there is ever a problem, the Bill Bowers team will be here quickly to take care of it. I highly recommend this company.
