He was up in our attic several times (even fixed some duct work that needed attention; at no cost), spent a great deal of time in our mechanical closet and inspected the main returns, duct work and vents inside our home. All in all, Dennis probably spent 90+ minutes evaluating and gathering all the info he needed for the estimate while taking the additional time to thoroughly answer all the questions I had.
