If something went wrong, a repairman was here within 24 hours, usually sooner. So when the old system went kaput, I called them to put in a new one. They did it the next day! The installed a Amana 16 SEER for just a couple of hundred dollars ore the I had paid for the old unit many years ago. Tony and Armando were thorough and neat and left the work site clean and tidy. There was no attempt to sell me something I didn't need. The crew showed up on time, they worked all day and into the night, and were very polite.
