"I was totally satisfied with him! Everything was done perfectly and he picked up the area before he left. He has excellent customer service skills and he’s nice to talk with. This was positive experience and I would refer him to anyone!"

"We moved here from NJ two years ago. The one thing we had there was a good handyman. Here, in Florida, we went through multiple handyman services until we found Kao, Affordable Handyman and Building Solutions. All I can say is Five Star. We had a number of projects from hanging a door, installing bathroom fans, installing curtain rods, fixing areas that other handymen broke. He is fantastic. We have already put his number on speed dial and have used him again. It doesn't change. He does the work, is affordable, is very knowledgeable, and super professional. If anyone is in need of a handyman and you don't give Kao a call, you could be putting yourself through uneccessary misery. And, he does the work, and just charges you very reasonably for the work, not the day, as many services require a minimum. We strongly recommend Kao and Affordable Handyman and Business Solutions!! Five star professional handyman!"

"He installed my new mailbox and hauled away my old one Professional and courteous"

"Anthony did a great job. I am a disabled vet, and needed help with installation of a 20ft flagpole. He was on-time, courteous, and had great attention to detail. He is in my phone now, and I will not only use his services, for many different projects, I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors. Thanks Anthony."

"We hired Chey for multiple projects at our home and I couldn’t be further impressed. He was professional and did great work!"

"I’ve been using this handyman since 2014 for a duplex in Tampa, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He is consistently responsive, reliable, and easy to communicate with, which is especially important when you have a property that needs ongoing maintenance. The quality of his work has always been excellent. He takes pride in what he does, pays attention to the details, and gets the job done right. Just as importantly, his pricing has remained competitive and fair, especially considering the quality and reliability of the service. After more than a decade of working with him, I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for a dependable, skilled, and reasonably priced handyman."

"Rob is great to work with. He totally remodeled a built in entertainment center to accommodate a large tv for us. He was always on-time, giave us a very clear explanation of the work and his progress. He has a high level of knowledge and excellent skills. His dedication to the quality of his work is phenomenal. I figured out by day three of our project to just leave it to Rob and it will be done very well. I also have to give Rob a big compliment for his ideas as we worked through our project. His input gave us additional ideas to improve upon our ideas. Great to finally find a skilled handyman that cares in the quality of their work as well as the results of the final project."
