Thank you to Tom, Nick, and Juan. A/C needed a motor. The first part they ordered came in wrong. They found a part in Safe Harbor, drove there, drove to my house and installed it. The house had been 90 degrees. They got it back down to 75. Thank you with all my heart. You guys are truly the BEST! Christine W.

Arrived as scheduled, well informed and accommodating! Reviewed my entire system and determined I needed a new motor. Had the motor available, was able to show me the exact cost of the motor which I was relieved to see was priced less than my expectations and affordable. Motor was installed and I'm once again enjoying nice cold air! Highly Recommend! I'm very pleased.....

Fantastic company. The first time I used them, it was just for a maintenance appointment. The most recent time, my A/C broke down at night. Tom came out to my house at almost 10:00pm and had me fixed up in no time! Super great guy that explained everything along the way. Highly recommend.

Tom was very knowledgeable he explained everything so I could understand. He did not try and pressure me into buying anything that I did not need. He told me my unit was old but it was still working good and blowing out plenty of cold air. When the time comes to replace the unit I will be calling Modern Air to get the work done

Modern Air was the best company I have ever used. I e-mailed them on a holiday weekend very early (7:15) and I was contacted not 30 minutes later and by 11:00 a.m. they had already fixed our air. They were so professional, and their customer service outstanding!! Pricing was very affordable as we live paycheck to paycheck. I recommend Modern Air to everyone. Home Advisor is a great way to find what you need. Could not be happier.

I called them because my air went out during the night/early morning hours and Tom showed up at 8:30 am! He was very courteous and prompt and he fixed the air handler which was the problem and within 30 minutes, I had air!! I am so grateful that I went with Modern Air and appreciate their service!! I am so happy that I hired Modern Air! Prompt, courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I couldnt have asked for better. Tom is a wonderful person in addition to his work ethics. I am never going to use anybody else from here on out. He doesnt try to up sell you or get you to get on their contract program and, he finds the problem and addresses that . In this record heat and being a Saturday didnt deter him I am blessed to have found Tom with Modern Air. He repaired my ac unit. Hallelujah! My unit is only 3 yr old but the idiot company that installed it did it improperly, didnt register it, left all kinds of debris in attic and would NEVER service it. All they want is $$$for new install and leave you hi n dry. Do not use Joe Hope Fl. West Coast A C!! I had to have the ac unit replaced in another house and I called Modern A C again in August of 2020 He is amazing! He came quickly and tore out old and installed new. Very professional. Got a permit. Registered unit. Very clean. Did everything the way it should be and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend

Tom and Nick came as scheduled. Tom thoroughly explained and showed us pictures of the condition of our a/c. They did the tune up as planned and we intend to use them for any future work we need. The cost was very reasonable!! Thank you Tom for taking so much time with us explaining everything!

This was simply the best experience I have ever had with an ac technician.. Tom was very professional, informative, helpful and knowledgable. Iwould highly reccommend him. I have called quite a few ac guys since i was sold the wrong size ac unit and have been trying to find a good one if you are looking for the best. i would say Tom fits the billl.

Tom was extremely helpful and professional. i will call on Modern Air again for our spring a/c check and also any additional needs we will have in the future.

Tom came right away and was able to is get the thermostat. He made a custom bracket and got it all working in under an hour. He even helped me with several light bulbs that were broken in sockets.

They were professional but also time efficient and We are going to stay with them I recommend friends and family

Tom s service was exceptional. I had another contractor identify that my old system was leaking refrigerant. Tom confirmed the diagnosis but provided me a better deal on a better, more efficient air handler and compressor for a lower price than the other contractor. The better deal included a 10-year parts and labor warranty as no extra cost. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received from Tom. Update 8/2/21 I had a problem where my A/C suddenly stopped working. I got in contact with Tom on a Saturday night. He showed up as promised the next morning (Sunday) before 9am. Tom found the issue within minutes (a capacitor had gone bad and he replaced the capacitor). The system was back up and working by 9:15 am. Since I had the parts and labor warranty, the charge for the service call was $0 (zero). I'm incredibly happy with the service Tom has provided. I wish I could award him 10 stars.

The owner of the company came on Sunday to fix my A/C. W/in 5 hrs after it went down. Very quick flexible service.
