Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. We hired Bill Bowers A/C and Heating to revamp our â tiredâ 23 year old A/C and Heat Pump and to vacuum and clean all of our duct work. When we needed an estimate, Dennis (the owner) took time out on his own day off to come out and inspect our existing system. Dennis did a thorough job of inspecting everything that was needed so that he could provide as accurate of an estimate as possible. He was up in our attic several times (even fixed some duct work that needed attention; at no cost), spent a great deal of time in our mechanical closet and inspected the main returns, duct work and vents inside our home. All in all, Dennis probably spent 90+ minutes evaluating and gathering all the info he needed for the estimate while taking the additional time to thoroughly answer all the questions I had. Let me tell you, I received four estimates from other HVAC companies and none of those four estimators spent nearly the time Dennis did. When installation and tear out day arrived, Bill Bowers A/C and Heating team arrived on time, were professional, considerate, friendly, and respectful to us and our property while working hard until the job was completed. At the end of the job, the team lead walked us through everything that was done and answered all of our questions. "Had my new rental house ducts and dryer cleaned after i got ripped off by the $99 whole house duct cleaning gimmick. I called fresh air services,Darren answered my call right away his pricing was transparent and was less than other quotes I received. He showed up with his teammate and they went right to work cleaned my 10 ducts and dryer in about an hour. They actually take the vents down and send this brush hooked to their vacuum into the system. For a small fee i had them coat my return with this anti microbial coating made specifically for air conditioning and boy does it look so much better than the fiberglass duct board yellow.He even got on the roof and took a video to show me the vent was free of clogs. Their equipment was very impressive. I just returned to the home for the first time in about 3 weeks and the fresh smell from their sanitation fog is still detectable in the air. Donâ t get ripped off by the $99 whole house duct cleaning go with the pros at fresh air services"
