Everyone at Bowen from the owner Ken Sr., to his son Kenny Jr, and Derrick, and Jose, and Holly, and the rest of the team, will make you feel like one of the family. They will give you honest and smart advice about how to handle all of your AC needs. "Mike spent about 2 hrs finding the cause and corrected the problem. He gave me some tips on maintenance. He was very polite and did not pressure me into buying parts and service. He was a great guy. He even came back in 2 days to install a P trap with no charge .
