On initial visit he also took the time to answer all our questions. Very professional, to the point and no bull.... he gave us a 2 week window to order unit, in that 2 weeks we called him to come add refrigerant. He had his tech come out that same afternoon free of charge. He and his tech Bob had unit inside and out installed in less than 4 hrs, he stayed to explain to my husband what to look for if we had any trouble, ie: cleaning drain trap, checking for water if float tripped. That was Aug 2022, now we're post hurricane Ian and going strong. We've texted him once and he was able to troubleshoot over phone. Love this company!"
