Let me start by saying . from the person who took my call to our service tech, they're very professional, go above and beyond  and treat you like friends and family. In short these folks are great  So here's what happened;

I came home from work, the house was hot as heck, and ac blower was running on high. A quick look at the AC unit outside and, I seen  the Fan wasn't spinning and the entire A/C unit was very  hot. After a miserable night without AC, and knowing this was going cost allot of money I called  Certified heating and cooling. I spoke with Lisa, who was able to have a tech (Matt) to the house by noon the same day. Matt was Great!   He's a very nice guy and explained the issue in terms a non HVAC people (like me) can understand.  After he finished diagnosing the issue, and checking the AC unit,  and much to my relief, he told me that the unit was not toast and  only the fan on AC unit itself needed to be replaced.  Another great thing was that,  they carry those types of fans on the truck, so he was able to make and immediate repair. After he completed the repair, he gave tips about how to get the temperature in the house down as fast as possible, and gave  suggestions and tips  to keep the unit running as efficiently as possible. This entire process only took about an hour later.

 Matt really treated us more like a friends who needed help more than Customer or a job.  He was more concerned about us, and our best interest than making a buck for the company. I was so impressed that I've decided to go with the on a maintenance program.

After using another company listed on Angie's list with an A rating, that merely wanted to sell me a new AC unit, this was a very positive  experience. Now I  have a  reliable AC company that I can trust and depend on.

"Matt, this guy was awesome. I returned back after the hurricane to an AC unit where the inside fan was blowing but the condenser fan wasn't running. He showed up and discovered the problem in five seconds. It was quite embarrassing. The fuse box circuit had tripped. I didn't realize the two components are on different circuits and never gave the fuse box a thought. He refused to take any money and didn't make me feel stupid at the same time.
