I was very pleased with the staff when I called to schedule an appointment. They were courteous and knowledgeable and did not try to pressure me into a service I did not need. I have used other companies in the past that tried to talk me into spending more money on services that were not necessary. I was very comfortable with the office staff and the technicians who came out to my house. They arrived on time and were very professional. I highly recommend AC Breeze Cooling & Heating and will continue to use them for all of my a/c service.

I called the company when I had a problem with my AC not coming on. I was able to speak to a live person and not an answering machine. The person took my information and in a matter of hours they had someone at my door step. The technician was very polite and professional. He explained to me everything he was going to do in my home and made me feel very at ease. He inspected the inside and outside unit then explained the best solution to fixing the problem in my home. He presented me with 2 solutions that best fit for me. I was overwhelmed when I heard I would have to replace my AC system , but quickly put as ease when the sales person gave me a price that was within my budget. Again, everyone in the sales department was very helpful in explaining the way the payment plan would work. I am happy to say everything went smooth during the installation process by their certified technician that my family and I can sleep much more comfortable in our home , Thank You AC BREEZE HEATING AND COOLING!!

I was very satisfied. Fran was very knowledgeable about everything he was very polite and very punctual. he got to work once he let me know what was wrong and i decided on the specials they have. They make everything understandable and they also speak Spanish. it took him a few hours because i needed the work done and Florida is very brutal not only on us but our four legged friends. i couldn't have been more pleased! i would recommend them to anyone. if you need quality work AC BREEZE is the place to be!
