I had a rep come to me the beginning of August to give me a quote. I then waited and a couple of weeks later the owner called me with a discount price and came around on August the 12th for me to give him the deposit. Since that time I have spoken to him twice and he keeps telling me he is waiting on the rain to stop.That was over 2 weeks since I spoke to him and now when I call his phone goes to voice mail but I cannot leave a message as it goes to voice maill

After multiple delays they took my money and ghosted me

Fence was not installed on time, have issue with installation with gates opening after 3 months corrected and will not return my calls. Would not recommend using this contractor. Not reliable. BEWARE

The project was to be done in one day. They were to remove the shrubbery and replace an existing wooden fence in the same spot, adding a gate to the front and back and connecting the fence to the house. They texted me at 8:26 confirming the appointment. At 11:35, they were not there. I texted them asking if they were coming. No answer. I texted again at 2:04 for an update. No response. I had taken off work to be there. They showed up at 2:38. It started to thunder (we got no rain) at 5:00, so they left by 5:30 with only a few plants and pieces of wooden fence removed. They came back the next day at 10:00. The wooden posts, per the contract, were supposed to be 5x5 posts. They were 4x4. He reduced the cost by $344 due to that mistake. They broke every sprinkler down the back yard and said they would fix it. They did not. We had to remove the sprinkler lines to avoid a flood or leak. They refused to remove a stump that was part of the shrubbery removal. My 68-year-old husband had to remove it. They didn't give us a discount for that. The fence was crooked and not placed straight along the concrete pad in the back. It was at a 45-degree angle. They didn't remove the roots of the shrubbery. We are in the process of doing that ourselves. Many breaks were taken. I had to take off an extra day at work to be there. The third day they showed up at 3:00. The gates they installed don't close or latch. The post on the gate is too small, and the gate hangs and drags on the ground. My husband has since replaced the post with a 6x6 and has to buy a new latch. The hinge to the gate was CUT in half. They used SCREWS instead of the bolts that come with the hinges. I have pictures. One gate hangs open and the latch is stuck. The other gate does not latch and is falling apart. They cracked the fence wood when screwing in the hinges. They used our tools. They left food and trash and plants and old wooden fence in our yard and in the church lot next door. They were to come back on Monday the 18th to finish and clean up and have it inspected before the remaining balance was to be charged. I asked to see the finished product on Monday before my card was charged the remaining balance, per the contract. We had agreed on the balance due. The owner asked me for a check. I refused. They did NOT show up on Monday the 18th and they had charged my card without my authorization on Friday the 15th, the day they asked for a check. I have disputed the card charges. I texted the owner on Monday the 18th at 5:23 asking where they were, and he said he had to call them. They never came. Two of them showed up on Tuesday at 11:30. My husband asked them if they were there to clean up. They said no. He told them he didn't need them and to leave. He had already spent 4 hours cleaning up the yard. The owner's text to me was they would be back on Monday to address my concerns and clean up. Neither happened. He tried to say it was a hate crime to tell them to leave, since they didn't speak English and we got mad at them. The concrete they used "dry" poured into the holes for the posts. No water was used or mixed. That is just wrong. The posts were to be 3 feet in the ground.

Did not start on agreed date, did not have all material needed to finish job

Good work at a relatively reasonable price after our sales rep was able to combine our small-ish job with another larger job nearby. We were happily surprised to learn our job could be done that week, so we agreed and provided the deposit. Understanding that we were the smaller of the two jobs for the crew that day, we had to wait a little bit but when the crew arrived late in the day we didn't think they would be able to do everything before it was dark. After a full day installing another fence, these guys were able to remove our old fence and install a lazer straight and level new vinyl fence with two new gates. I held back 1 star because there was a little more scrap fence and hardware left in the yard than I prefer and communication internally needs to improve so expectations and reality are aligned.

The workers that came out were very professional and did a great job. They took down the old rickety fence, hauled it away and also did a little vegetation clean up prior to building our new back yard shadow box privacy fence. We had a small issue with the side gate after install and they came back out and made sure it was taken care of. I would highly recommend them for your fencing needs!

I was hesitant to give this company a try due to them, not having many reviews; however, due to wanting to support a smaller local business and also due to their competitive pricing, my husband and I decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, this process was a nightmare. Here are reasons why you should AVOID using Momentum Fence: 1. Poor Workmanship: My tan vinyl panels have very visible scuff marks on them. Holes in the ground were left unfilled. Pieces of rock and debris were left just laying on the grass. A fence post cap has also blown off. 2. Warranty and Support Issues: The 7 year warranty is a lie. I was told to pay my balance to open up a warranty claim, yet it?s been 3 months and there is no update regarding the ?warranty claim.? 3. Lack of Communication: William, the owner of the company, has ignored my calls, emails, and text messages. William says his team will come out on a certain date and time and then does not show up and does not communicate he will no longer

They were courteous and finished the next day.

Wow just wow! Super fast, great communication, great quality. All around a great experience. I m always nervous hiring people I don t know especially when having to provide 1/2 deposit upfront. William kept in touch with me the whole time. It was completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. Highly recommend.

So far this has been an amazing experience. We were flexible with our timeline so the project isn’t started yet… but we have a date on the books!

The fence looks fantastic, the crew was a fine tuned group. Came in and got the job done within a few hours. The owner was also here and very pleasent to work with. They went above and beyond while they were here. It was a positive experience.

I recently hired momentum fence and gutters to remove my old wooden fence and install a brand-new vinyl one, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team took this install on last minute on a holiday weekend and worked fast , and efficiently The removal of the old fence was done quickly and cleanly—they took care of all the debris and left the area spotless. The new installation was just as smooth. The crew paid great attention to detail, made sure everything was level and secure, and completed the job .

Made the deposit for the work to begin, He confirmed he will arrive on site Thursday between 2-3, but end up showing at 540pm and end that day at 850pm, during his time there I told him what was needed to be done, and he related to his 2 man crew in Spanish. soon after he had left the site and did not show up around 850pm to get his guys, but as the guys were installing the new fence, I saw a few mistakes, like post not aligned where the original fence was, I had addressed this issues via phone, and he said he will talk to me when he comes back to the site, he never spoke to me and left for day. the next day I was hoping they start early in the am, I asked him what time he would start the next day, he said 4-5pm but did not show up until after 5pm and didn't get done until 10pm, I was not home at the time, when i came back home, i inspected the fence, and the post was not aligned straight, instead of the post being in the middle of the original fence they installed more on to my side of the property. the gate is not aligned straight to the house, the front fence not aligned straight, they broke the neighbors fiber connection. frontier had to come out and fix the fiber connections, during the completion of the fence Saturday morning, I had asked him to come by so I can show him the work they did, and how unsatisfied I was with the alignment of the post, fence and gate, and he had made threat by saying if I don't pay the other half he will put a lien on my house. so I paid him the balance and he said he will come by sometime next week and look at the issues and fix it. I had given him the time frame I will be home to come by and look at the issues, as of today I messaged him 4 hours ago, stating I am going to be home, he has not responded.

Fence turned out well. Plus I like the seven year warranty.

This company did an excellent job with my fence project. The owner was on site the whole time, he's very pleasant to work with. The crew cleaned up after themselves and we're kind and respectful. The price was more than fair, and any hiccups were addressed and fixed immediately. I would highly recommend this company for any fence project you have in mind.

The first excuse was that they needed to order more parts, and the second time, they claimed that someone else had used the parts they ordered for my project. To make matters worse, the salesman, Ted, reeked of alcohol, which was incredibly unprofessional. After all of this, the owner, Wes, personally assured me?twice?that he would refund my deposit due to their repeated no-shows. The receptionist also promised to follow up and ensure I got my money back. Yet, despite multiple promises, I never received my refund, and neither Wes nor the receptionist ever followed up. They completely ghosted me. This company is shady, unreliable, and only interested in taking your money without delivering on their commitments. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company

Momentum's team gave us a competitive quote to install gutters on 2 sides our house, and weren't aggressive or pushy about our decision to move forward, like another company was. The team arrived promptly (actually early) and completed the job very quickly and professionally. I'd use Momentum again and will recommend to others.
