I was very pleased with Ryan. The first thing I noticed was he called and not just an office person. When he called his knowledge and honesty was impressive. He has been in business 21 years and really knows his business of hot water heaters. He knew about the special aluminum rod that gives a better performance if you have a well system vs a magnesium rod. He not only installed a new hot water heater but came out with in 2 hrs of my call. He even hooked up my hot water timer I had on my old heater to the new heater. Ryan 's quality of customer service is genuine and of old school quality! I felt very comfortable with his service and company . I would highly recommend him. Thank you !!

Called All Pro Water Heaters, talked to Ryan and told him my water heater was leaking, he asked me to take photos of the unit, front, top and the plumbing to it, called me back very quickly with a quote, upgraded from a 30 gal to a 40 gal Rheem, found it to be very reasonable and scheduled a time for him to replace it. Ryan and his assistant showed up on time. They are very knowledgeable and professional, I highly recommend this company for repairs or replacement. They cleaned up any mess that they made and gave me my bill, no extra parts added or additional charges from original bid. Can't say enough great things about this company, if you hire them you won't be disappointed. Wish there was more businesses like them, they really care about customer service.

Ryan, the owner called me the next morning after I put in a request for a quote. He came out to give an estimate at the arranged time a couple days later and then I hired him to replace a 15 year old water heater after that. Job was done with excellence! Pleasant to work with.
