Only one that knows anything is Joe. He sent his Son and a buddy out, they couldn't get the front off the air handler, discounted the emergency shutoff and did not put in a new one, even on the 2nd call back. Clueless.

In every possible way, I would recommend this company. From the two people that came to my house originally because I knew something was wrong, to the two that did the installation. Everything they did was professional. As an aside...the two men that were here installing my unit went above and beyond for me. I'm in a wheelchair. Had to park on my lawn because they were busy doing what they were doing. They not only came out to ask if I needed help, they carried in all my groceries for me. Will never be able to thank them enough what that meant to me.

Within a couple of hours of calling the office, AC Joe was at my house to see exactly what I needed. When I came home from work the next day, my house felt like a hockey rink. The new AC was installed within 24 hours of me making the initial call. I shopped around and I’m telling ya, AC Joe’s price was fantastic, his service was excellent, and the promptness was outstanding. Job went fantastic. They were on time, very knowledgeable and friendly and did a thoroughly professional job. Joe came to give the estimate, which was better then the other 4 contractors I got estimates from.Offered me a 2 year warranty instead of the usual 1 and checkup no charge in 6 months. Cheaper is not always better but in this case it definitely was. Linda the office manager was a pleasure to work with and was on top of everything from installation to final inspection. AC Joe treated me right. You owe it to yourself to give them a call.

Great! AC Joe was the low bid for the same equipment that others had proposed, and was able to install the unit almost immediately. The installer arrived on time and took about half a day. Everything was nicely cleaned up and the job was neat and workmanlike. A different person came back a day later to check the job and made a couple of small adjustments. A week later, they came back again to sanitize the ductwork. I like their enthusiasm. Also, they patiently answered all of my questions thoroughly.

We would like to give an A+ but it wasn't a choice! AC Joe is fair, honest and has a great crew. We highly recommend A.C. Joe!

Amazing! I started to have issues with my older A/C unit. When I called A/C Joe there was a crew out by the end of day to assess my problem. They found the most cost efficient way for it to be resolved and had my new unit installed the next day.
