"I want to share my experience with Ambry Design for a custom closet. It was a flawless and professional process beginning with the Design Consultant, Dave Cousineau, and ending with the installer, Matthew Ridgeway. When we visited their showroom, Dave was able to complete a design based on the measurements provided so when I left that day I had much more information than I expected on the initial consultation. It was also very helpful that Ambry has a showroom and factory right here in Largo and we were able to see all their products. Best of all , there was no-pressure to buy on the spot. We had an installation date within 2 weeks of the consultation. Matthew Ridgeway completed the installation in about 3 hours. He was ultra-polite, very professional and his work was stellar. We could not have had a more positive experience from beginning to end and the closet is more beautiful than I expected."

"I cannot put into words how happy we are. We have been told so many times there was no way for us to use our existing structure for this purpose. Turns out.. we have the screen in porch of our dreams thanks to Mr Pro Home Improvement. He came to make an estimate on Wednesday, started the job on Friday, and finished the job on Monday. "When I called, they answered right away and when I explained the problem, I was told that they would be at my house between 12 - 1 pm. They were at the house before 12:30, and fixed the problem right away (the water tank bladder had broken). Now we have a bigger perfectly working tank - and our water pressure is better than it's ever been (I have a feeling the bladder had damage to it when we moved in, because the pressure was never good). The only problem is that when the phone was answered, I heard a voice say it was an Angie's list customer. However, we didn't get the 5% discount. Although, I did not print out the coupon and forgot to tell my husband about it. Either way, their service was prompt and well done. Thank you!"

"I called to set up a time for American Leak Detection to come out and they were able to come out the next day. I was told 11-1, which I assumed that J.D. would be here sometime in that range. When he realized at 10:15 he wasn't going to be at my house until 11:45 he called to let me know his estimated arrival time and apologized. There was no need to apologize but I appreciated that he was considerate of my time. He was here for three house and worked tirelessly to locate our leak. He kept me posted and answered all of my questions. My husband came home for lunch and walked through any questions my husband had. D.J. was very professional with a focus on customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use American Leak Detection. This is the right call if you need someone to locate a leak."

"Initial visit was not good. Jose was condescending and not understanding the situation. Second visit included the branch manager. While they spent a lot of time, I was quoted $1700+ to “fix” the issue. Turns out Jose misdiagnosed the bathroom venting problem. Said venting never went anywhere and needed to cap it off in the attic. While I am not a plumber, I saw the situation- pipes had come apart from the junctions. No investigation- it was completely apparent. So either incompetent or fraudulent, do NOT use this company."
