My AC unexpectedly went Matt was able to get me in his schedule within days, arrived at 8am at promised and had a brand new AC system installed by noon. "Everything went well... fan motor on old unit went bad, 500 plus service call chg of 98 for a replacement. My unit was 11 y.o.,.. In Florida, figured it was time to replace rather than to put a band aid on it...Salesman came to my home, explained all options. I had 2 other estimates. Chose DAIKIN brand.... ELITE IS A "PRO" DAIKIN INSTALLER....12 yr parts warr, for 600 more, purchased 12 yr labor warr included as well. They came out the next day, did the install, cleaned up, gave me 98 dollar credit for the original service call, transferred UV lights from old unit to new at NC....overall great to deal with..... nice salesman (Kirk), (he deserves a raise) no pressure ...I would highly recommend..."

Everyone at Bowen from the owner Ken Sr., to his son Kenny Jr, and Derrick, and Jose, and Holly, and the rest of the team, will make you feel like one of the family. "Mike spent about 2 hrs finding the cause and corrected the problem. He gave me some tips on maintenance. He was very polite and did not pressure me into buying parts and service. He was a great guy. He even came back in 2 days to install a P trap with no charge .
