"Everything went well... fan motor on old unit went bad, 500 plus service call chg of 98 for a replacement. My unit was 11 y.o.,.. In Florida, figured it was time to replace rather than to put a band aid on it...Salesman came to my home, explained all options. I had 2 other estimates. Chose DAIKIN brand.... ELITE IS A "PRO" DAIKIN INSTALLER....12 yr parts warr, for 600 more, purchased 12 yr labor warr included as well. They came out the next day, did the install, cleaned up, gave me 98 dollar credit for the original service call, transferred UV lights from old unit to new at NC....overall great to deal with..... nice salesman (Kirk), (he deserves a raise) no pressure ...I would highly recommend..."

"From the first call to when they came out to check the unit, they were very professional, knowledgeable. Because the issue is related to how the a/c unit is installed (condensation build up), there was nothing much they could do. They provided me with a few suggestions.
