I had hired Bowen to service our existing 15 -20 year old unit, and they helped us keep it running for 3 years until we eventually had to bite the bullet. They replaced the unit with a much more efficient York unit with a 10 year parts and labor warranty for a very fair price. They had to manage through a narrow attic access, but got the job done and we could not be happier. The owners and technicians consistently provided honest answers and met their commitments (time and price), and we would highly recommend them. Finding a small business owner that really understands customer service can be a challenge at times, but we got lucky 3 years ago, and i am glad we started this relationship."

The person took my information and in a matter of hours they had someone at my door step. The technician was very polite and professional. He explained to me everything he was going to do in my home and made me feel very at ease. He inspected the inside and outside unit then explained the best solution to fixing the problem in my home. He presented me with 2 solutions that best fit for me. I was overwhelmed when I heard I would have to replace my AC system , but quickly put as ease when the sales person gave me a price that was within my budget.
