Horrible. Paul Abott does not stand behind his work. Contracted for new AC install. First no license to work in Charlotte County. Second Ac failed county inspection. Had another AC company come out to trouble shoot for what was to be corrected. Paul Abbott only fixed to pass county inspection. Gaps in drywall and duct work. No drain pan install. AC not upgraded to handle unit. Black mold grew in AC and duct work. Paul Abott would not stand behind his work and cost us another $3000 to have reputable AC company complete repair issues. Steer clear of Polar Bear Air Cape Coral and Paul Abbott and sons. He over talks you, talks down to you, especially women. Steer clear of him and his company.

Paul is great. Pays attention to detail and does great work. They have done 2 systems for me over the years. Never needed to call for service because they were installed with care. You get what you pay for but in this case you get a whole lot more.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Paul did a redesign of our system to increase efficiency and then installed an all new system, including new ductwork, added returns, and thermostat. Our house is cooler than ever, and our electricity bill went down significantly! I’ve recommended these guys to several other friends now, and all have had fantastic work. Highly recommended!

Paul and his team were Excellent. There was a minor issue after the install due to equipment manufacturer. Paul had parts on order and immediately returned as soon as parts arrived. They were reliable and on time. Now I have a nice 70 degree garage.

Great, quick and well done reasonable price

I gave them a bad report the last time, but they came back and fixed the problem. It took them some time and they were supposed to get another contractor to make some repairs to the sheet rock because they had cut the holes too big for the big return line for the air-conditioner.  It took them about 6 months to get back to make those repairs.  I spent about $7000 on that service and I thought that it was good.  Everything went fine and the installation went well.  The crew worked under some really extreme conditions because it was in the attic.  They did all the work, did a good job, and cleaned up well afterwards.  The only problem I had with them was the fact that they made the hole too big and it took considerable time to get their sub-contractor out to make that repair.  I also don’t believe that the problem with the sub-contractor was their problem.

Provider had done previous work for our home's prior owner - would recommend this provider for all future HVAC and general maintenance.
