Yosvani and his crewman worked tirelessly to replace my existing home unit. He began by quoting a good overall price for the total install. He explained every detail as he went along. Constantly looking for and advising things to help the system perform at its peak. Never once was He trying to force a sale of additional items. Once the install was complete, Yosvani checked and rechecked the work, making absolutely positive nothing was missed in the process. Very happy with his work, his ethics, and his personality is above many . Very friendly, someone you could easily call a friend. Before he was finished, he installed a new thermostat to complete the system. In my opinion, you will be hard pressed to find a more compassionate guy , one who loves his work, honest to a fault. I know I paid a little too much but it was July 4th, a holiday. As it feels in the triple digits here in SW Florida and we are under a heat advisory, it is physically dangerous not to have AC. Urgent Air came out quickly and fixed my AC. The two guys were professional and polite and notified me when they were on their way. I will definitely call on them again.

Finally, a contractor that will work with you, listen to you, and clearly explain how your system works and can repair for an honest and reasonable cost. Great A/C repair contractor.

I would highly recommend Yosvani Garcia to install your mini split HVAC system. He is very knowledgeable and he takes great pride in his work. He is a true professional and he is not satisfied until his installation is 100% perfect.

I was ripped off! And ignored my complaint/ concern. I asked for a detailed receipt explaining the work that was done including labor and he ignored my request. The invoice I received said I paid $2,000 for a unit. does not say anything else. On top of that, the unit is sold for less than $2,000. I own my home and he advised me he would make arrangements with homeowners for their unit but he took ours and said that is how it is done. He replace it with new(although our unit is not new) and take the one that was there. I tried to see if he could accommodate his arrangements but he shut me down. I am unhappy and have addressed this to him via email and text message. NO RESPONSE! I would not recommend this service to anyone. He made a comment about he knows we are not the owners of the home and me and my husband has owned this house for 6 years now. He took our unit without asking what we wanted to do with it. I asked for a $600 refund and if he could not provide the refund to give us a receipt with it saying our warranty is for one year and not 90 days. I paid 2,000 and told him to keep $1,400 for his service since he cannot provide the documentation I need and to this DAY no response!

The own showed up on time was respectful Professional and expoerenced. He diagnosed my issue and even had all the parts on hand in his truck. While other companies told me it would take a few days Urgent Air was prepared on-site to fix my issue. Pricing was fair and he worked with me and gave me a better deal then others even on a Saturday. I would recommend them 100% and can't Thank him enough for making me cool again. I will also be setting up service agreement to continue maintenance with Urgent air

He lied to me and scammed out of my money. I had an emergency. I got him because no one else was available at the time. When he came I told him what happened, so he went and test the compressor he came back inside and I and my wife that compressor was blown. I ask him if he was a loaner he said but I will have to give him a deposit of $1065.00. I will get my money back because I have Liberty home Warranty and I will find out if they would cover it. He said yes if they cover it . Then he said he will charge 138.45 to install the loaner I said yes. I called Liberty Home Library they said will take care it he said to me not to tell them a surge ca When he was leaving he told me to call anyone else I said yes. When he was leaving he asked me not to tell Liberty the cause was surge I said yes. I told him Liberty wanted a diagnostic he said he will send it to them but he is not saying a surge caused it to blow out. When I called Liberty 4 days later they told me his diagnostic was that it was a surge that caused it to blow out. That causes Liberty not to pay for the replacement. Know I am stuck with replacing my whole unit. I try to Urgent Air to correct his mistake and he will not do. I even ask him to come to remove his A/C compressor so I can get my money back and he not going to do it. So I am stuck with an old ass unit that order text that came and gave me an estimate for a new unit they tell me that the A/C he loans to us, not even worth $20.00. And I am a disabled Veteran a that is what Yosvani Garcia has done to me and my wife. I am 73 years old.

I hired Mr. Garcia and his service under Urgent Air for a replacement of my mother AC unit in in Fort Myers, FL. He went beyond his service with installation, and shared knowledge of how to keep the AC unit for a longer life span. He went far enough for me to hire him to replace my AC unit at my residence. Yes, I will use him again and have already shared his information with friends.

I hire these people to fix my air. He comes to replace a thermostat then leaves? I wait a few hrs then call him back to let him know my air still isn't working and to come back then he says he'll have to charge me again but I should wait 24 hrs and the air will definitely be working and he knows his job. So 24 hrs later ac of course is still not working. The last guy that came to fix my ac had it working and within a few hrs air was cold as ice so I will be calling him back out to fix it. I should've followed my first mind and just had him come in the first place but it was so hot and these people called first so I just let them come but I certainly wont be paying for service I didnt receive. People beware of this company!
