Ethan is a fantastic installer. He arrived on time, looked over the areas where I needed outdoor cameras and had them installed very quickly. My first installer strung me along for 7 months with excuse after excuse but zero accountability. Ethan laughed at first in disbelief of my ordeal. Ethan came by and 3 hours later I was up and running. I give them 5 stars in all areas.

The technician was on time and installed the system. It took him quite some time as we own a "difficult' house according to the company owner. I did have to have them return to correct one issue we were having. Let me say this, however, about their customer service. The customer service was excellent as was the follow up and scheduling them to come out the second time. Tatiana, the customer service rep was very professional and her follow up excellent. Great customer service can make the difference.

My project was completed on the day that was scheduled. We did request some adjustments following the installation and the technician came out the next day and made those adjustment. Their customer support person who followed up was extremely diligent and professional. Highly recommend this company.

The Technicians were great! They came out and spent the entire day installing our new camera system. They were very professional and took the time to explain how the system works. They ran into a few glitches here and there but kept right on working to get everything up and running. I would definitely recommend this company. Their response time is impeccable!
