DO NOT PAY Ernane Siqueira of SL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CORPORATION (Hanes City, Florida) until ALL the job is complete. We paid him $11,500 for a paver job and he never completed it. Several months after paying him in full, our firepit still remains unusable. He also never provided us with a receipt showing the job was paid in full and the warranty period. WHAT A SHAME THAT A MANS WORD AND A HAND SHAKE NO LONGER MEAN ANYTHING. We have given him numerous opportunities to complete the job but we always get an excuse and now we do not even get a response. We researched his company prior to hiring them and found the HOME ADVISOR endorsement. We relied on that endorsement but apparently that no longer carries the weight it used to. We are now forced to take further action resulting in hundreds of dollars in additional cost on our part. BUYER BEWARE!

Ernane cleaned, re-sanded and resealed the aging pavers on my front walk, pool deck/patio area and driveway. It was a big job and he and his team did a very good job. The pavers look really good and the price was competitive. I would definitely SL Construction Services again.

Arenan’s team was extremely professional and kind. His team completed the job in just 2 days and we couldn’t be happier with the product!!! The price point… well let’s just say we got 5 different quotes and Arenan beat the other 4 by a lot! Hire his team. You will not be disappointed.

My neighbor recommended him to power wash, sand and seal my driveway and pool deck. Sanding was awful. After 2 weeks weeds start coming out in between the gaps of bricks that was not sanded properly. Called him and said he was coming but did not appear at all. So many calls made but he didn?t answer at all.

Ernane and his team did an outstanding job! They installed pavers in our front walkway and patio, and I couldnâ t be happier with the results. As others have stated. Owner, Ernane, is very knowledgeable, responsive and easy/fun to work with - a delight - rare these days. Crew doing the work (ours, Eric & Semar) also very polite & responsive & efficient & good hard workers. Price was extremely fair. Finished driveways & walkways came out BEAUTIFUL and makes our curb appeal look SO MUCH better & a delight to drive home.

Ernane and his team did a great job! We have a very long driveway and now it looks amazing. They were very professional. SL Construction Services did a fantastic job. My drive way looks beautiful. The crew showed up every day at 8 AM and put a full days work until 6 PM. They were very respectful of our home, kind and polite. We have a very big driveway so it took them 5 full days to do the job. We highly recommend them. Ernane came by regularly every day to supervise the work and make sure we were satisfied with the way the job was being done. He always returned our calls promptly. A very pleasant person to work with.

Crew worked very hard and polite. We are still waiting for a return phone call and visit for the stain left on our driveway from the cleaning solution they used stained half of our driveway. Waiting for the owner to reply with a return date to take out the stain out.
