Not only was the President and General Contractor, Craig Pringle, highly knowledgeable and professional, but he assisted me in working closely with a structural engineering company and their design plan for the repair. He was readily available to answer all questions and concerns on several occasions. And he was enthusiastic about sharing his wealth of experience and expertise in the construction industry which made a big difference in the successful completion of the repair and receiving approval from a county inspector. His carpentry team arrived on time and went out of their way to clean up any debris left over. Their craftsmanship was entirely what I hoped for. Given the extent of time and coordinating this repair entailed, including an electrician, another member of their team, and an A/C technician, 5 Star came thru when I needed it most. I have used their services for multiple home repairs and will do so again in the future!"
