The crew who did the work on my floors was extremely professional and friendly, I got answers to any questions I had, and every question was answered with a smile. Jesse involved me with decisions that needed to be made and helped me with providing good suggestions on good color choices, I'm extremely happy with how nice everything looks. There was one incident with a piece of flooring that had to be replaced after the job was completed, Jesse was polite and customer service centered in making sure the flooring was fixed to my satisfaction.
