"We ordered a 15 yd dumpster after doing our due diligence with different companies and offerings, this was the best fit for our needs. We were tasked with cleaning out my mother’s home of over 30 yrs. Herman and his team delivered on time, protected the driveway and allowed us extra time to keep detrashing to ready the house for sale. Those extra days were without additional fees! He also answered my questions while on vacation and his driver checked in periodically to see how we were doing. This was not my first rodeo with this type of equipment rental and by far this was the most agreeable and concerned provider I’ve worked with. I highly recommend Herman’s Dumpsters, plus everyone loved his logo!!"

Small jobs welcome

"Boris was amazing! He made scheduling a breeze and was here within 24hours. I had a pretty big haul which he knocked out in 30 mins. It also included a king mattress that he brought from downstairs to toss. Couldn’t recommend someone more. We will definitely use his services again!"

Dumpster Service questions, answered by experts

The average cost to rent a dumpster is around $400 per week, but the price can range from as low as $80 to over $850. The final cost depends on several factors, primarily the dumpster's size, the type of material you're disposing of, and the length of the rental period. A standard 20-yard dumpster often falls within the average price range, while smaller dumpsters or dumpster bags are cheaper, and larger 40-yard dumpsters are more expensive. Expect to pay more if you need the dumpster for longer than the typical one-week rental period.

Depending on the rules and regulations set by your local municipality or sanitation company, you might be able to place a small amount of bricks in your regular garbage. However, you should call your local government or sanitation company first to double-check. If it’s not allowed, or you’d prefer to recycle them, you can haul them to a recycling facility or hire a trash removal company to pick them up and bring them in for recycling for you.

Yes, a mattress will fit in a 10-yard dumpster. While a 10-yard dumpster is a compact roll-off dumpster size, it can still hold about 60 standard trash bags or 5,000 pounds of waste. They're ideal for small demo or renovation projects, appliances or furniture, and yard waste.

Yes, if you have a vehicle suitable for transporting concrete, you can manually load the pieces, drive to the dump, and dispose of the concrete. If you have access to a public dump, you may not have to pay per visit, but private dumps will usually charge based on the weight and type of debris. As you can imagine, dumping concrete can get expensive using a private dump site. Hiring a professional concrete disposal company is usually a better option to get the job done quickly and safely.

Costs depend on waste volume, service frequency, and additional options like bulk pickups.
