"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

SQ sent new front panel but refused to cover $155 installation. Called SE Steel to “complain”. To my surprised, SE Steel immediately reimbursed me $155. One of best customer service responses in 50 years of buying appliances. If you need good appliances sold with integrity, go there first. I am a customer forever."

"We have been using Del Air for over 5 years now and previously never had any issues. The only reason I hired them was because they did the installation work for the builder so I assumed they would be good for the biannual maintenance. We didn't have any issues until June of this year. We had the routine maintenance done at the end of April and I was told everything was working great. In June, the temperature of the home was going up which was not usual and I suspected a dirty air filter. I removed the air filter and found that it was soaking wet. I just assumed perhaps I let it go to long and replaced it. I also had Del Air come back out because they had just been out about 1 month earlier and I have never had a wet air filter before. They checked the system and said everything was great. About 3 weeks later, the temperature in the home started going up again. Checked the air filter and it was wet again. I called Del Air and a tech came out again and said everything was working fine and that it was probably due to the high humidity we've been having and that the temperature difference in our lower level zones was probably creating the excess water. About 2 weeks after this, the system shut off completely. I checked the air filter and it was fine but the float switch had been triggered. I cleaned out the float line and the it began running again. After about 1 hour, I found that the drain line was backed up. I immediately called Del Air and was told that they could have someone out in the morning. I called a few other companies as well because it was 10pm and I didn't want the unit to stop in the middle of the night. No one was available but one also said they would call me in the morning. They did call me at 8am and had a tech out to our home by 9:30am. I explained to him what was going on and he told me that it had to be a partial clog of the drain lines. He did a chemical flush and stated that it was clear to him that the lines weren't being properly maintained. Considering what came out of those lines, it was clear that he was correct. I'm very disappointed in Del Air and have requested a refund of my maintenance agreement fee. I have yet to get a reply from them. Amazing that since the lines were cleaned properly, we have not had one issue whatsoever with the temperature in the home when in fact we have had heat indexes over 105 for several days. Needless to say, the company that actually new what they were doing has now become the company who will be doing my biannual maintenance. I have used that company before for plumbing and electric but never thought to use them for heat and air. Del Air did return my call by the way. After about 2 hours after it had already be repaired."

I have used that company before for plumbing and electric but never thought to use them for heat and air. Del Air did return my call by the way. After about 2 hours after it had already be repaired."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"If you want to start the New Year Right, DO NOT get a broken appliance repaired by George’s Appliance of Brooksville!! On Sunday, November 25th, my Samsung Oven/Combo was overheating. The pot roast should have taken 2 hrs to cook and instead the entire meal was burnt up in 45 mins! George’s sent Jason out the next day and he diagnosed the problem to be the oven temperature sensor. He said the part would be in by 1pm the next day and he would come out to install it so we could cook our Thanksgiving turkey. Did anyone ever call us or come out..NO!! Finally we heard from Tiffany at George’s who advised us Jason would install the new part on Tuesday, Dec 2nd. Jason installed the part and apologized that Tiffany had not called us the day before Thanksgiving to say he would not be out. He said she was always good at running the office until she got this new boyfriend whom she spent most of the workday on her phone texting him!! Jason said he tested the new part and that the oven was fixed. WRONG!!..because on 12/5 my oven in 12 minutes turned our pizza black!! I called Tiffany back the following morning..she put me on hold and came back to say that Jason would have to order the other oven sensor and she would call me when it came in. When the following week I had not heard from her, I called and asked her what was going on? I asked her whether she had called the vendor to follow up to see if the part was in stock..had they shipped it and if so, what was the tracking number. Tiffany yelled “I TOLD YOU I WOULD CALL YOU WHEN THE PART CAME IN” and slammed the phone down on me. My husband, on his phone, called her back, got 2 sentences out of his mouth and she slammed the phone down on him too!! The good news is that I now have a working oven thanks to Combs Appliance who, after hearing my horror story, went above and beyond to get me a working oven. The problem was never the temperature sensor but rather the Control Board. A misdiagnosis by George’s Appliance together with having to deal with Miss Tiffany, a rude and drop the ball employee, is why I have warned you to stay away from George’s Appliance!!"
